Longview Yoga Studio is a welcoming community for beginning and experienced yogis in Longview. We offer a variety of different yoga styles that are perfect for students of all skill levels and body types. Our daily offerings include bikram, vinyasa, yin yoga, aerial yoga, and meditation. The word “yoga” means “union” and refers to the spiritual union between the mind and the body. By controlling the breath and holding the body in steady poses or “asanas”, yoga creates harmony within the body. Asanas are specifically designed to sculpt the body, release muscular tension, and tone internal organs. By linking breath with movement, yoga strengthens the mind-body connection. Regular participants benefit from less stress and anxiety, a centered mind, and an enhanced sense of well being. Health benefits include lower blood pressure, increased strength and flexibility, better stress management, and long-term weight loss. Regular yoga practice at Longview Yoga Studio will cultivate mindfulness and presence for a healthier lifestyle.
All skill levels are welcome at Longview Yoga Studio. If you are new to yoga, this is a great place to begin your practice in Longview. Bring your mat, an open mind, and a willingness to discover new possibilities. We recommend wearing athletic clothing that allows you to move comfortably. Our experienced instructors provide assists to support your practice and help you move freely into the full expression of each pose. You are welcome to try any class at Longview Yoga Studio. Please be aware that the pacing may be a bit faster in an advanced-levels class and our instructors do not always teach modifications. We encourage you to do as much as you feel comfortable doing and know that you can take child’s pose at any time.
Our skillful instructors help experienced yogis go deeper in their practice while respecting individual needs. We encourage all yogis to move towards a mindful practice that balances the physicality of asanas with breath work and meditation. Whether you are new to yoga or have made it a part of your lifestyle for many years, we invite you to enter the studio with a beginner’s mind and be open to the possibilities of your practice.
At Longview Yoga Studio, we practice the intention of yoga by treating everyone with respect and love. Our instructors have a diverse background in yogic philosophy, structural alignment, body sculpt, injury recovery, and nutrition. We are passionate about helping students deepen their mind/body connection, detoxify their bodies, heal from past physical injuries and emotional trauma, and empower personal growth.

I was in Longview for work and wanted to do something active instead of being stuck in the hotel. I'm usually reluctant to venture outside my home gym, but everyone at the studio was very welcoming as soon as I walked in. Rachel and Karen were very helpful and got me set up for class. I enjoyed it so much I went in for their 545am class the next day! Better than any studio I've been to back home. Now I have something to look forward to the next time I travel. Thank you!
